Jerk is a traditional authentic Jamaica style of cooking meats. We prepare chicken, fish, lamb and steak with our own Carnival sauce which contains over nine different types of herbs and spice. The meats are then cooked on an open top drum pan with flaming hot coals underneath giving the meats that smoky flavor together with that recognizable Jerk taste.
You can enjoy our jerk with almost anything.
